I first started baking with my mom.  at four or five years of age, I was barely tall enough to peek into the wall oven to see the cookies and cakes turn their perfect shades of gold and amber. As a teenager a job at a grocery store landed me a stint in the bakery next door.  I got the job because I was the only one who can write on the cake!

When the head cake decorator moved on, I decided to ask for her job. I had been honing my skills by taking cake decorating classes on my own and I was ready.

To catch the owner's attention, I designed a cake with the inscription: Can I be the decorator?

He called at 6am the next morning and by 7am I was the Head Cake Decorator!

Soon after I struck out on my own as a cake decorator, I was commissioned by various clients in the entertainment industry as well as  discerning customers with an eye for artistry and flair.

Having relocated to Maui, My husband Jay and I have carefully cultivated our business to encompass the full spectrum of our customer base to include fairy-tale weddings, corporate events, baby showers, festive luaus, birthday celebrations, Bar Mitzvahs....an enchanting evening for two....or two hundred.
